Make

Impacting the Israeli
landscape through
Every Investment
Over the past 5 years, we created a community of investors based on trust, partnerships and goals, enabling high-impact investments across energy, infrastructure, and national assets.
What started in early 2020 as a joint venture of five families with a shared vision rooted in Israel’s entrepreneurial spirit, has grown into a prominent private equity firm shaping the future of Israeli infrastructure and driving regional growth.

Alon Gas
Building Israel’s future through natural resources
A strategic energy company focused on the exploration and production of natural gas in Israel. The company holds a 4% working interest in the Tamar reservoir, alongside additional overriding royalty interests, both directly and through its stake in Tomer Energy Royalties.
The Tamar reservoir, located 90 km off the coast of Haifa, has been at the heart of Israel’s natural gas revolution since production began in 2013. It supplies the national grid, enhances Israel’s energy independence, and contributes to regional stability through cross-border pipelines to neighboring countries. As one of Israel’s most significant energy assets, Tamar continues to anchor the country’s energy transition and long-term economic growth
